{"id":8723,"date":"2022-03-22T12:27:45","date_gmt":"2022-03-22T11:27:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lafargalhospitalet.com\/?p=8723"},"modified":"2025-11-03T18:27:13","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T17:27:13","slug":"compte-enrere-per-a-la-segona-edicio-de-la-innbrew-the-brewers-convention","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lafargalhospitalet.com\/ca\/compte-enrere-per-a-la-segona-edicio-de-la-innbrew-the-brewers-convention\/","title":{"rendered":"Compte enrere per a InnBrew, The Brewers Convention"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El certamen ser\u00e0 del 31 de mar\u00e7 al 2 d&#8217;abril, i acollir\u00e0 la gran final del Barcelona Beer Challenge, que d\u00f3na a con\u00e8ixer la Millor Cervesera de l&#8217;Any, entre altres premis.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;\u00e8xit de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lafargalhospitalet.com\/exit-de-la-1a-edicio-de-la-innbrew-assegurant-la-seva-continuitat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">primera edici\u00f3<\/a><\/strong>, celebrada al juliol de 2021, torna a La Farga de L\u2019Hospitalet la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/innbrew.com\/ca\/inici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">InnBrew, The Brewers Convention<\/a><\/strong>, el punt de trobada i de refer\u00e8ncia del sector professional de la cervesa artesana del Sud d&#8217;Europa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marc de la InnBrew, tamb\u00e9 es far\u00e0 lliurament del prestigi\u00f3s Steve Huxley, el premi a tota una traject\u00f2ria en el m\u00f3n de la cervesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot est\u00e0 a punt per a una gala de lliurament de premis. De fet, els jutges del concurs ja es van donar cita els passats 3, 4 i 5 de mar\u00e7, en el Cl\u00faster Craft Beer de Lli\u00e7\u00e0 d&#8217;Amunt, per a tastar i avaluar les 1.315 cerveses de 215 cerveseres participants, n\u00fameros que han batut tots els r\u00e8cords d&#8217;edicions anteriors i que confirmen al certamen com tot un referent cerveser del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I \u00e9s que, enguany, a m\u00e9s, el certamen ha pogut recuperar al 100% el seu car\u00e0cter internacional, convidant a jutges de 15 nacionalitats diferents, que han aportat la seva experi\u00e8ncia en l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 organol\u00e8ptica de les cerveses. Han estat en total 60 jutges professionals els encarregats d&#8217;avaluar i puntuar a les cerveses participants, els resultats de les quals es donaran a con\u00e8ixer dissabte que ve 2 d&#8217;abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Millor Cervesera de l&#8217;Any<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El concurs est\u00e0 dividit en 64 categories de cerveses, en les quals es concedeixen medalles d&#8217;or, plata i bronze. La cervesera amb m\u00e9s medalles rep el guard\u00f3 de Millor Cervesera de l&#8217;Any, t\u00edtol que en l&#8217;actualitat ostenta Basqueland Brewing. El mateix premi s&#8217;estableix per a les f\u00e0briques de recent creaci\u00f3, amb el premi Cervesera Novell de l&#8217;Any, que est\u00e0 en possessi\u00f3 actualment de la italiana Torre Mozza. Finalment, el tercer \u201cde la Grossa\u201d \u00e9s el Premi a la Innovaci\u00f3 \u2013 Molina for Brewers que distingeix la creativitat en el proc\u00e9s cerveser i que en l&#8217;edici\u00f3 anterior va guanyar la murciana C\u00e0tedra Beer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta gala tamb\u00e9 es lliurar\u00e0 el Premi Steve Huxley, a tota una traject\u00f2ria, un guard\u00f3 que normalment es rep amb gran honor i emoci\u00f3, com ho va fer el seu anterior guanyador, Andrew Dougall. En aquesta edici\u00f3, opten al prestigi\u00f3s guard\u00f3 Guillem Laporta, de Homo Sibaris; Susana Giner, de 2D2Dspuma; Boris de Mesones, de Boris de Mesones Ingenieria Cervecera; Guzm\u00e1n Fern\u00e1ndez, del Cluster Craft Beer; i Salvador Marimon, de Install Beer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una Innbrew amb m\u00e9s formaci\u00f3, debat i innovaci\u00f3<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel que es refereix la Innbrew, els seus organitzadors (The Beer Events) estan preparant una segona edici\u00f3 amb molta m\u00e9s formaci\u00f3, debat i innovaci\u00f3. La convenci\u00f3 tornar\u00e0 a estar articulada en tres eixos: el InnShow, la zona d&#8217;exposici\u00f3, amb estands de productes i serveis per a les cerveseres; les InnTalks, el programa de formaci\u00f3 i debat que convidar\u00e0 a la reflexi\u00f3 als assistents; i els InnMeet, que va ser una de les parts m\u00e9s reeixides de l&#8217;any passat, perqu\u00e8 transcorre de manera transversal per tota la fira i \u00e9s impulsada pels propis participants (tallers, trobades b2b on els cervesers es coneixen i entaulen reunions interprofessionals amb la seva pr\u00f2pia din\u00e0mica).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sostenibilitat, l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica i el reciclatge seran alguns dels temes que protagonitzaran els col\u00b7loquis i confer\u00e8ncies. Tamb\u00e9 es debatr\u00e0 sobre el paper dels festivals cervesers en el sector, es parlar\u00e0 de turisme cerveser o s&#8217;analitzar\u00e0 la funci\u00f3 de les cooperatives cerveseres en l&#8217;era post covid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La InnBrew, de fet, se celebra aquest 2022 amb la satisfacci\u00f3 d&#8217;haver-se consolidat com a hereva del BBF Pro, com l&#8217;\u00fanica fira professional cervesera de l&#8217;Estat espanyol, que ha revolucionat la ind\u00fastria cervesera.
