This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, “The Policy”) aims to inform you about how we collect, process, and protect personal data. We also describe the purposes for processing personal data collected through www.lafargalhospitalet.com (hereinafter, “the Website”), or by telephone, email, or manual form. Where applicable, we will specify whether your data may be used by third parties.

For example, if you apply for an internal selection process, the information we will collect includes your name, surname, telephone number, email address, curriculum vitae, and other details.

The user guarantees that the personal data provided to La Farga is true and is responsible for notifying La Farga of any changes to it.

For what purpose do we process your data?

The data you provide is processed for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your information requests submitted through any of our customer service channels (e.g., via the forms in the “Versatile Space” or “Calendar” links).
  • To respond to any requests from public authorities.

How long do we keep your data?

  • The personal data you provide when requesting information will be kept until your request is processed and resolved. Once resolved, we will retain it for a reasonable period to address any related issues.
  • We will process your contact information for sending marketing communications from the moment you expressly request it until you indicate that you wish to unsubscribe.

We will respond to your requests as soon as possible and, in any case, within one (1) month of receiving your request. In certain circumstances, this period may be extended by a further two (2) months, in which case we will inform you accordingly within one (1) month of receiving your request.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection regulations, or if you believe that we have not fulfilled your rights, you may file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority (ApdCAT).
